DarazPlay Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to DarazPlay. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and DarazPlay, operated at darazplay.wine. By accessing the DarazPlay website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use DarazPlay. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on DarazPlay, including but not limited to: live casino games (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Andar Bahar), slot games, crash games (including Aviator and JetX), sportsbook and cricket betting markets, and any promotional offers or bonus programmes. All transactions on DarazPlay are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.

References to "DarazPlay," "we," "us," or "the platform" mean the operator of darazplay.wine. References to "you," "the player," or "the account holder" mean the registered individual using the platform.

DarazPlay is strictly a platform for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on DarazPlay. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of circumstances.

• By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years old or older at the time of registration.
• DarazPlay reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification.
• Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter referred to our responsible gaming team.
• DarazPlay will never knowingly allow a minor to use the platform and takes underage gaming seriously.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is permitted under applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to confirm this before registering.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on DarazPlay. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held in them.

When registering your DarazPlay account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information, including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Account security: Do not share your password with anyone. DarazPlay staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately and change your password.
• KYC verification: DarazPlay may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Documents requested may include your CNIC (front and back), a selfie, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account ownership: Your DarazPlay account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, sold to, or used by any other person.
• Accuracy of information: If your registered details change (for example, your mobile number), you must update them promptly through account settings or by contacting support.

DarazPlay uses account registration data solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

All financial transactions on DarazPlay are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign exchange fees, no currency conversion charges, and no hidden transaction costs for standard deposit and withdrawal methods.

Accepted deposit methods:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though DarazPlay reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your DarazPlay wallet instantly. Bank IBFT transfers are typically credited within 15 minutes during business hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. DarazPlay processes the overwhelming majority of withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash within five minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. DarazPlay will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• DarazPlay reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and applies to all players equally.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, DarazPlay reserves the right to correct the error. Funds credited in error do not belong to you and must not be wagered or withdrawn.

DarazPlay offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, ICC tournaments and Pakistani national holidays. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20× the bonus amount.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Andar Bahar) typically contribute 10%. Slots typically contribute 100%. Crash games contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified period (usually 7 days from credit) will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• One bonus per promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• No cash equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are met. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• DarazPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given.

All bets placed on DarazPlay are final once confirmed. DarazPlay does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets under normal circumstances. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.

• Technical errors: In the unlikely event of a software malfunction, server outage, or technical error during a game round, DarazPlay reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the affected players. This decision is at DarazPlay's sole discretion.
• Suspicious results: Any game round where the outcome is determined to have been affected by a technical fault, data feed error, or any other event outside normal operating parameters may be voided by DarazPlay.
• Cricket and sports betting: DarazPlay follows standard industry rules for sports markets. Where official results are changed after settlement (for example, due to a DRS review in cricket), DarazPlay will re-settle bets according to the final official result. Markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
• Live betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at DarazPlay's discretion. Bets confirmed before a suspension remain valid. Bets placed after a suspension is active will be voided.
• Maximum payout: DarazPlay sets maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting market. Wins exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
• RNG fairness: All random outcomes in DarazPlay's casino games are determined by certified random number generators. Crash game outcomes are additionally protected by a provably fair cryptographic algorithm that can be independently verified by any player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DarazPlay. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account on DarazPlay.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with DarazPlay in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known bug must be reported and will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live multiplayer formats such as Teen Patti.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, or using DarazPlay for purposes other than legitimate recreational gaming.
• Allowing or assisting any person under the age of 18 to access your DarazPlay account.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing DarazPlay staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of DarazPlay's systems or infrastructure.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy DarazPlay's proprietary software or game code.

DarazPlay reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Confirmed or suspected duplicate account activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the responsible gaming programme.
• Legal requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, funds will be returned and the account restored. If the investigation confirms a breach of Terms, funds may be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their own DarazPlay account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

DarazPlay takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a full suite of player protection tools. These tools are available directly from your account settings — they are not buried in a support queue or require lengthy approval processes.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to cap how much you can add to your DarazPlay wallet in a given period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold. Once reached, further betting is paused for the chosen period.
• Session time limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Reality checks: Enable pop-up reminders at intervals showing your net session result.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from DarazPlay. During exclusion, your account is frozen, marketing communications are suspended, and you will not be contacted with promotional offers.
• Cool-off periods: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days without fully closing your account.

All content on DarazPlay — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, images, and trade names — is the intellectual property of DarazPlay or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any DarazPlay content without explicit written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party studios is licensed to DarazPlay and subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights.
• The DarazPlay name, logo, and branding may not be used in any external context — including social media, websites, or marketing materials — without prior written consent.

DarazPlay provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for losses caused by:

• Planned or unplanned platform maintenance downtime.
• Third-party payment provider outages or delays beyond DarazPlay's control.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or civil disruption.
• Actions taken by third-party game providers that affect game availability or result integrity.

In no event shall DarazPlay's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dispute process: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any bet settlement, withdrawal delay, or any other platform matter, please contact DarazPlay support in the first instance. Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you may escalate the matter through the formal complaints procedure described in our support documentation.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. DarazPlay's registered place of operation governs the interpretation of these Terms.

DarazPlay reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via:

• A notification banner on the DarazPlay homepage and in the platform lobby.
• A direct message to your registered mobile number or email address where applicable.
• An updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of DarazPlay following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using DarazPlay and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
